Includes on-site written estimate, diagnosis and first hour of labor.  Parts & Materials additional plus tax when applicable.  1 hour minimum per service call.  Time begins upon arrival.  *Some repairs may require additional or special parts  to be ordered which may delay a repair until their arrival.

On-site hourly rates for all  weekend, holidays & after-hours calls unless previously scheduled.

Keep your cool with our  annual A/C maintenance package. Includes labor,  inspection, vacuuming, and coil cleaning. Inspect and/or clean drain pans, check & clean filters .  *Note: New Filters, additional parts, plus tax are extra.   

Service is for One Roof Top A/C unit.  $50 per each additional A/C Unit. 

 Recommended every 200 operating hours or 12 months. Service includes Labor, Genuine Onan/Cummins Maintenance Kit-   2 Qts of Onamax oil, oil, air, & fuel filter, spark plug (where applicable) and environmental disposal.   *Based on Onan/Cummins 5500/7000 series.  

No cold showers here!  Our annual service includes hot water heater inspection, drain & flush , anode replacement (if applicable), clean & adjust igniter & thermocouple, heating element performance check. Labor and new anode rod included!

Any additional parts are extra plus tax.  Not for Aqua Hot or Truma Systems.

Includes inspection chassis & house batteries, check battery & charging system performance & top off fluid (where applicable), clean terminals/post & tighten connections  

Visual inspection of roof, edges, and sealant check of all roof fixtures.  Digital pictures of roof and components will be provided via text or email message. 

Installation for A/C units with inside matching mounting bolts, controls & wiring. Price is per unit and includes labor, removal, replacement, testing &  disposal of old unit. (If you decide to dispose of your old unit a $40.00 discount will be applied). *Price does not include A/C. 

This installation package is for deluxe A/C models such as multi-zoned units or complete brand change outs that require rewiring etc.  Price is per unit and includes labor, removal, replacement, testing &  disposal of old unit.
