 Sandy Feet  provides a standard service warranty of 60 days/500 miles unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer's warranty may apply on parts. Our service warranty is non-transferable.  

 All costs will be presented in a written estimate and a deposit is required on all special order parts before the order is placed.  Payment is always due at time of service.  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & DISCOVER . NFS fee is $40.00 for any returned checks. 

  Shipping  delays - Although this rarely occurs from time to time  Amazon, UPS, FedEx, & USPS experience shipping delays which are beyond our control.  "Expedited" part orders are only made with our customers approval.  The customer is responsible for any expedited shipping fees which are non-refundable.  In the event the shipping delay causes the job not to be completed due to the customers trip schedule the customer will still  be responsible  for any return shipping  and/or restocking fees.         

 We understand.... life happens - However,  appointments that have been confirmed by a customer and a "No call/No show" incident occurs, a $75.00 trip fee will be assessed for the missed appointment.  We will make every effort to call and text the customer when we arrive at your RV's location.

 If no one is available, the $75.00 fee will be assessed for the missed appointment.
